Cancellation and Booking Policy

Please note that the following policies apply to bookings made at Distinctive Features, making a booking with us, means you agree to the terms and conditions in our booking policy:

Cancellations You must Re-schedule or cancel your appointment at least 48 business hours prior to your appointment or your deposit will be fortified and a new deposit will need to be paid. As a small business, it can be extremely detrimental to our business when you cancel last minute (regardless of the reason) or just don’t show up. Wages and outgoings still need to be paid. Cancellations can be made via Text or in writing to [email protected].   

Right of refusal  We maintain the right to refuse anyone’s treatment for any reason that we see fit.   

Treatment Information It is the clients responsibility to read our Important information document on our website prior to their treatment and ensure they understand it. All pre and post care information must be followed.

STUDENT MODELS – In the event that a training model does not show up or cancels last minute, you will lose your payment and also lose the opportunity to be a model again. For a student to not have their model show up is very detrimental to their learning experience. 

PLEASE READ- TOUCH UPS 

Touch ups are only considered and charged as a ‘touch up’ if treated under 12 weeks. Dark lips need more than one touch up every 12 weeks, Scar camouflage and Areola tattoo touch ups are charged differently, please enquire. Any touch ups that are cancelled, regardless of the reason, will incur an extra charge dependent of time when the treatment is finally booked. Anything after six months will be considered as the Maintenance cost for the specific time, please refer to bookings to know the cost of maintenance of the treatment.
